Liked: Super friendly staff including the check-in, cleaning staff, and breakfast staff. Room was great and I loved the extra soft towels!

Very clean

Liked: Very clean. Courteous staff. Breakfast included. I liked the non carpet flooring in the room. Nice hotel and would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: Housekeeping was just ok: did not provide more toilet paper and I had to go get more myself. Did not take out trash or make the beds. Only provided more towels. The room was right next to the gym and it was very noisy anytime a guest used the facility. Also, this is supposed to be a handicap accessible room. The bathroom was large enough but it was difficult to navigate a wheelchair around the beds due to very limited space.

Disliked: Nothing. Everything was great.

Liked: Great location.
Disliked: Worst pillows in earth - old hard feather pillows. Blackout shades didn't work so exterior building lighting shine right into our room. Shower was built wrong so the only way to turn on the water is from right in front of the water- be ready for a cold blast. Had a weird chemical smell in the elevator and hallways.
