Liked: My sister and I had side-by-side suites. They were very spacious and very-well appointed.
Disliked: Some early-morning construction was somewhat disturbing but we later learned that ear plugs were available at the front desk.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean and quiet hotel. Within walking distance to virtually everything.

Liked: Location was ideal.
Disliked: Water temperature fluctuated.

We arrived mid day on Amtrak and went to see if the hotel desk could hold our bags until check in time - no problem. At that time the gentleman at the desk advised we could check back in an hour or two and our room should be ready. We weren't expecting or asking for an early check in, but when we came back after a few hours we were treated very rudely, told that we should call to see if the room was ready for check instead of bothering them in person. We were quite taken aback by that! That said, it was very busy with lots of folks checking in for the Seahawks game. Otherwise everything was great! So close to liquor store, Whole Foods, great restaurants; walkable to Pioneer Square, Pike Market; quick taxi to Paramount Theatre. Front desk didn't bother to ask how our stay was upon check out, which we found odd for a business with lots of competition close by. I guess it isn't part of their shtick at check out. Although we had a good stay we would probably consider some other accommodation next time we travel to Seattle.

Disliked: Encountered some rudeness from front desk staff.

Liked: Staff was nice. Bed wasn't too soft or too hard. Shower pressure was adequate. Good location in the sense that it's a 10-30 minute walk from everything.
Disliked: Breakfast was dystopian. Garbage trucks seem to be hard at work in the back alley every day at 5 am. Don't look too hard at the interior finishings.

We would stay here again....

Liked: The people were super friendly and helpful. We got there a few minutes early and had no problem getting parking although it cost $19 for their own lot.
Disliked: The breakfast started a little too late for us. We had to catch an early ferry.
