La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham San Antonio Northwest

I go to San Antonio 4-5 times a year but I do not think I will stay at this La Quinta.

Liked: None.
Disliked: In the first room I had, the TV was broken (#417). They moved me to #315 and the bathroom was not clean and the sheets had a hole in them. And I am not sure the guy put the points on my rewards.

A big room ruined by...

Liked: The size of the room, the free breakfast had options.
Disliked: The rude staff. The people next door had a violent domestic dispute at 2am. Then the front desk person threatened to have me removed from the hotel if I called the cops. They also said I just needed to wait out their loud scream which lasted until nearly 3:30am. They refused to do anything about it.

Convenient, clean, spacious , friendly.

Liked: Clean. Room was spacious. Loved the bench for my elderly mother.

Pay the extra money and...

Liked: Right off the freeway, easy to get to and close to our event.
Disliked: Older inside and had been remodeled. Rooms were loud due to no carpet.

Liked: Smooth check in, lovely and clean room. The room was definitely worth the money. The location is hard to access since most cars are speeding down the frontage road.
