Horrible

Liked: There were barking dogs that were the owners left in their room. Your hotel needs a policy that forces guest like this to paid for the stay of us that were inconvenienced by their dogs.

Liked: The staff was very friendly. Charlie was very helpful and attentive to our needs. The breakfast was great with a lot of choices! We were able to check in early. We appreciate a non-smoking facility.
Disliked: The property needs updating. The pillows were hard. The water pressure for the shower was weak, regardless of the time of day we showered. The elevator floor was always sticky. They allow dogs which we weren?t aware of, slightly affecting our allergies. Our room was on a slant which had a weird ?fun house? effect. There wasn?t any ice on our floor which was kind of a bummer. One of the lamps had a broken light bulb.

Unfortunate but I made the...

Disliked: Better communication about pet policies and better ways to accommodate guest with pets hotel is old and stinky for the price would have appreciated a verbal summary about pet policy sheets were torn menu for room service smells like wet dog which completely ruins your appetite and my dogs were not constantly barking btw my husband walked in from the main entrance and they were not barking you lost customers due to the whole experience of this hotel I highly doubt it was only due to my dog barking every now and then and check your cameras I tended to my dogs very well and by the way I am a manager for a dental office and saying "absolutely not "to a customer is not professional at all we stayed at a new laquinta in san antonio and they were absolutely great with accommodations and including the pet fee the gym and pool were also functioning which was not the case with y'all at all and the guy saying he saved a room for us was a lie the card in our bed said cindy ??and when I walked in to check in there was already someone complaining about the hotel so for the amount I paid and the pet fee telling me your losing customers bc of my dog barking is not 100%accurate and telling me it's not relevant blah blah blah is rude you guys could of accommodated the other guest in other rooms away from our room if you didn't want them checking out their is tons of things you could do to accommodate guest and give the best customer service threatening me to hurry up and come back to the hotel is very unprofessional as well

Hotel in disrepair

Liked: Staff was friendly
Disliked: Pool heater was broken. Hotel in disrepair. Couch in our room had a 6 inch cut in fabric. Stains on bed linens.
