Stay Only as a last...

Liked: The water is hot with good pressure.
Disliked: Smelled of marijuana and of molded carpet.Entrance ways smelled of smoke & riddled with cigarette buts. The door card scanners worked 50% of the time. The hallways are dark & carpet is badly soiled.Cold box cereals for breakfast.Elevators inspection was outdated and looked vandalized on the inside, buttons did not work, floor number display broken.Some room outlets did not work so the refrigerator was not always cold.Windows are Fire Safe & you can’t exit the in case of a Fire. Windows are blocked and can only open enough to get your hand out.Property is dated and not maintained well at all.Room service bangs in your door hours before checking out and even if you are not checking out.

Great staff, great location. This...

Liked: I loved the location. Everything was within 6-9 miles from the location.
Disliked: The cleanliness. I experienced roaches in my room. However, when I reported the problem. The manager on duty that morning said that she would reimburse me for the previous night. I am currently still waiting for that payment to be put back in my account within the next 5 days.

My stay was not what...

Liked: Location was good, that's about all I have to say that I liked about the facilty.
Disliked: the facility was a mess, it was considered an non-smoking facilty and there was weed smoke all throughout the building. the floors was a mess, I would not be staying here every again.

A paid alot to stay...

Disliked: The hotel is a dump & the people that were staying there looked sketchy, as soon as we got off the elevator it smelled like Marijuana, & the carpets are nasty. Front desk staff were not friendly & the continental breakfast was pitiful.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Room less than acceptable (stains on couch, outlets inoperable, lights not working properly), amenities (no hair dryer, no toilet paper holder, toilet seat crooked, shower curtain wouldnt stay shut), overall cleanliness, no working ice machine on our floor, no vending on our floor & less than desirable options on ground floor vending machine

Hotel needs to be upgraded....

Liked: The room was spacious and clean the air conditioner/heater did not work. We didn’t bother to tell anyone it was only for one night.
Disliked: The hallway was disgusting. The elevator smelt like urine. The room didn’t look anything like the hotel. The walls were disgusting in the hallway people were smoking in the hallway

Eh Once was enough

Liked: leaving the property
Disliked: Coffee cups didn't hold my coffee and discinegrated / front desk stated my room number out loud / had to change rooms / remote didn't work / front desk asked if I wanted to try all of the remotes in her desk - who has time to do that? / Room smelled strange / Hotel Doors didn't actually lock / Front desk wasn't very friendly

The staff when checking in...

Liked: Nice, comfortable room.Staff was really nice.
Disliked: A homeless family was in lobby when checking in. There were 3 little boys with the family. One of the little boys ask my wife to use her ATM card. She went to the bathroom and he came and asked me the same thing. After going out later with some family members, we returned to the hotel and found a another homeless young person in lobby.
