Disappointing

Bad

Disliked: The bed had visible dirty sheets with chunks of something on it. And no bedding. When I went to the front desk I waited 10 minutes before anyone arrived. I was given two sheets and told they were washing comforters to come back in an hour. But it was 11pm. The next morning when checking out I brought it up to the person at the front desk and again was met with a "sorry"

Liked: Location to pdx and shuttle service to the airport.
Disliked: Dated, a little run down, no towels in the room, had to go to front seat to get them

Disliked: I requested the room cleaning. But it was not enough to clean.

Decent stay but not quite...

Liked: The staff were all lovely from check in to breakfast attendant to shuttle driver to checkout. I didn’t have time for pool or hot tub so don’t know how they were. The breakfast was decent and although not listed there were a couple of gf/df options like honey nut cheerios or instant oatmeal or eggs, fresh fruit. The bed was really comfortable and it was quiet at night in our room. We were able to park for free for the night we stayed.
Disliked: The room itself was not as clean as I would hope for this price. The fridge had partially finished things in it and was obviously not wiped out. The microwave was also dirty. Bathroom could use a deep clean. The ice water in the lobby tasted old and musty. Lots of disposable dishes could be replaced with environmentally friendly ones.
