Breakfast was well done and organized - just needed more tables set. We were very happy and will stay there again and recommend staying at this hotel to others when visiting Oshawa.

Liked: The room was very clean, well laid out with a fridge and microwave and hardware in bathroom were modern and up to date.

We were bumped from a room with 2 queen beds for a room with a single twin bed. The woman behind the desk said this was because I booked through a 3rd party and she did not consider us to be "their customer". We left and returned home. If there was a zero rating I would have applied that.

Liked: The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, the staff were helpful, and overall it was worth every penny.
Disliked: If you don't specifically bring a credit card to make a security deposit upon arrival, they will cancel your booking/stay and there are no exceptions. That is very inconvenient
