La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Oshawa

Breakfast was well done and organized - just needed more tables set. We were very happy and will stay there again and recommend staying at this hotel to others when visiting Oshawa.

Liked: The room was very clean, well laid out with a fridge and microwave and hardware in bathroom were modern and up to date.

We were bumped from a room with 2 queen beds for a room with a single twin bed. The woman behind the desk said this was because I booked through a 3rd party and she did not consider us to be "their customer". We left and returned home. If there was a zero rating I would have applied that.

Liked: There was no positive in the experience.
Disliked: We got our reservation bumped.

Very clean, room was great....

Liked: Clean and comfortable, staff are reasonably nice.
Disliked: Breakfast is sub-par. And they’re using plastic and paper plates, bowls, cutlery, cups. Single use condiment packets. It’s extremely wasteful and tbh just really uncomfortable to use. Nobody likes cutting toast or buttering bread with a flimsy plastic knife.

Disliked: the room was the size of a closet and old, very noisy and not acceptable for the fee.

Liked: Room was clean, bed comfortable, reasonably quiet for late arrival and early departure.
Disliked: Didn’t like paying the deposit. It is not entirely clear on Booking.com

Disliked: The halls are filthy, the floor of the bathroom in room was covered in a greasy substance, disgusting, the sheets were pilled, the mattress was broken down. Breakfast was very limited and given the general hygiene of the place I wouldn’t eat anything that was not prepackaged.
