Disappointing

Liked: Location was good. Room did not meet expectations.
Disliked: Book for a room with bath tub and got shower room instead. Sink clogged all night. Sink was a push to get water rather than a handle. No sink space to place personal belongings. Ask multiple times for extra towels and blankets and my request was ignored.
