Very good
Liked: The staff was great, the room was large and clean and the bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed the fitness center as well and when I cut my finger while packing to leave, the staff had a band aid for me.
Disliked: The parking lot was a bit of a nightmare. I think/hope they are working on maintenence for it.

It was ok.
Liked: Breakfast was very good. Room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Location wasn't close to much in Olathe. The Garmin sports complex was not close to hotel.

I would stay here again...
Liked: Very clean and staff is friendly and professional. The rooms and beds are comfortable, and breakfast is very good, too!
Disliked: I honestly cannot think of one thing that I didn’t like, except that the cups at breakfast are individually wrapped and take extra time. But, that’s such a small thing, really!

Disappointed
Liked: Was in an easy and safe area to get to.
Disliked: From the beginning, the experience was far below expectations. Upon requesting a sheet change, a staff member reacted angrily, insisting the room had been cleaned thoroughly. However, we found leftover food tucked into the corner of the bed frame, just above the box spring—clear evidence to the contrary. He eventually replaced the sheets but did so with visible frustration. The following day, when we requested another change due to an accident involving our child, we were again met with hostility.We also discovered a pair of dirty socks and trash in the pull-out bed, further indicating poor housekeeping standards. The microwave made food taste off, the refrigerator barely kept items cold, and the bathroom had a persistent foul odor. The hot tub was colder than the pool, and when we reported it, a staff member simply said they didn’t know why and walked away.Requests for clean towels were met with unnecessary attitude, and the hallways frequently smelled strongly of marijuana. Communication was difficult, as most staff spoke little to no English. Due to the number of issues, we checked out early—on Friday instead of Sunday. When we asked about a refund, we were told to contact the booking site, despite other hotels handling similar cases directly.We are out over $100 and extremely disappointed with how everything was handled. We will not be returning and hope these concerns are taken seriously to improve the guest experience moving forward.
