Liked: Great staff, friendly, attentive
Disliked: Wasn’t hot water for 2 weeks and 2 days we were without all water. Awful smell in the first floor hallway from wet carpet, no key card for a day (system down), laundry machines are out of order, never fills up the hot tub, and while all of this was going on…they took away breakfast.

Liked: I have stayed at a number of these La Quinta and the food has been very good, but this one wasn't that good, once the waffles were done they got really hard if you didn't start to eat this right away.
Disliked: We had a family emergency, my 94 year old dad had to be rushed to the hospital. Since we were going to be checking out the next day very early in the morning, my sister asked us to come stay with them, we told Marie at the front desk this information and requested a day early checkout, she said she had to speak with the manager but couldn't talk to him until he came to work, in 2 hours, I (he never showed up before we checked out) told her this was an emergency she sent him a text and Booking.com sent his an email explaining the situation. Later in the conversation Marie and Trisha from booking.com lead me to believe that the request for a refund for the 3rd day was going to be granted, I later found out it wasn't because management said I got a discount already, which had nothing to do with why I requested the refund of the 3rd day we didn't even stay. I didn't like the fact that management didn't have the curiosity to speak to me and explain the situation if that was the case. I won't be staying there again.

Liked: Love the private back with the sliding door and the hot tub has been amazing for my arthritis. Breakfast is great and most of the staff is pleasant.
Disliked: There are a couple of rude staff members, but the rest are great.
