Disliked: They didn't bother to actually cancel the booking - they just sent a message that was easily overlooked until I arrived and couldn't get past the gate

Wouldn’t stay there again

Liked: The rooms were large and spacious
Disliked: Everything seemed to be broken, pool jacuzzi, elevator, desk chair, leaking ceiling in the hallway. $125.00 security deposit i was originally told would be held anywhere from 3-7-14 days. Everything is already broken what am i securing??
