Disliked: I never got my deposit back I tried calling multiple times and nobody would ever answer at the front desk it has been such a hassle and unnecessary for me to not receive my deposit back

Liked: Good breakfast, good location.
Disliked: Fold out bed super uncomfortable and staff first told me that there wasn’t any bedding for the pull out couch. Then I pushed and said “were we supposed to bring our own?” Then they mentioned I could come get a blanket from the front desk. After pushing more they finally agreed to give me a sheet. It was a brand new pull out couch with the mattress wrapped in factory plastic, not sure how they thought we were going to sleep on it without bedding. The desk clerk was confused but rather than saying that he was rude and defensive and made me feel weird for wanting bedding. Strange.
