Nice visit; my son enjoyed it.
Liked: Nice room.
Disliked: They wanted my drivers license and phone number in addition to credit card. No hotel ever asks that. Could hear people in the other room.

Liked: I loved the breakfast. I also thought the room was pretty nice. The value was good as well.
Disliked: There was one disgusting bug in the bathroom.

Hotel did not meet my...
Liked: I likedthe suite room and the price of the stay. The facility was clean and the location was also good.The hotel stay also included breakfast. The parking was good.
Disliked: The elevator did not work properly. It was fixed the next day. The coffee maker and the waffle maker were broken and did not work. There was not date given as to when they would be fixed. The cleaning staff did not provide clean wash clothes and towels on a daily basis for a four night stay. Had to ask for these items. Only one elevator. The drink machine located by the bathrooms did not work

Good stay minor things could...
Liked: Overall things were good, room was clean and stocked breakfast was good,
Disliked: Coffee machine where they had breakfast was not working, pool didn’t look as clean as I thought an indoor pool would look.

I WILL NEVER STAY HERE...
Liked: It was a place to sleep.
Disliked: The broken toilet, with toilet seat that was not attached to the bowl. Really fun for the guy who walks with a cane to slide off the toilet and into the floor. Oh, there was also the snotty worker who acted like I was lying about the broken elevator, while an elderly woman waited with me. This is of course after half a dozen people had already given up and walked to the stairs. This was not really an option for me, (again, walk with a cane), or the elder woman that she didn't say a word to... just me. That's okay though, given her attitude, I'm sure there are some deeper issues with this one, (racism). Thanks for the memories, especially since I was only there for a couple of days to see my daughter off on deployment as part of the USS Gerald R. Ford crew. Shame on this place!

Disliked: Wi-Fi doesn’t work. When asked why it doesn’t work the reception said keep trying. Then she admitted that we have to come down in lobby to make it work.

It was only one night...
Liked: It’s proximity to Virginia Beach along with other businesses
Disliked: The staff, specifically one staff member and the conditions within the room. The staff member was an older African-American woman with red hair she was the front desk attendant at check in. She was extremely rude unprofessional and had a disgraceful attitude the entire time I was checking in with her. All other members of staff that I interacted with were fine. The check in with that woman made me wish that I had picked a different hotel. Also the room did not look anything like the picture. It was small and smelled of chlorine. Also, it was extremely expensive for what it was. I very frequently stay in hotels and would say that I have a good idea of what the quality and price point should be. This was a very lacking experience and put a very large damper on our entire trip.
