Excellent stay

Liked: Kendra at the front desk so funny and helpful. Breakfast was good. Hotel room is huge. Easy location to the falls .
Disliked: Tv was confusing. Pillows werent great.

Disliked: Pool was cloudy and dirty. When i called about my security deposit being refunded I was hung up on. Called again only to find out no one ever sent me refund out so if I hadnt called i never would have gotten it.

Niagara Overnight

Liked: Front desk staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Super easy to bring a pet.
Disliked: Hallways (carpet, walls, furniture) were visibly filthy with huge stains and dirt/trash all throughout. Our room had used tape stuck to the TV, the fridge leaked all over the floor, dust bunnies and trash leftover from the former guest on the floor.
