This facility needs new management
Liked: Almost every employee was on their phone with ear buds so they couldn't hear you ask them questions. The bathroom in the rooms had mold in them. The breakfast was pathetic with just a waffle iron and cereal/oatmeal available and the employee eating and on phone. Bad experience and not worth the money

Disliked: We had to get the desk staff to clean the bathtub. The water didn’t drain which had things floating around her feet.

Disliked: The whole experience was awful, things broken in the room, the hallway smelled horrible and dirty. You have to pay to park on the hotel grounds

Disappointing
Liked: The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The tv picture was glitching the entire time. The remote didn't work properly. There was a half piece of uneaten apple on the floor when I entered the room initially. I'm a disabled veteran and I wanted to ice my knee, the ice makers weren't working. There was no vending upstairs like advertised. The elevator didn't work half the time I was there. The lady at the front at check-in seemed overworked and like she didn't want to be there. She seemed like she didn't want to be there. To other groups waited behind me for 20 minutes while the lady checked me in. I had already paid by credit card before arriving. And then she charged my card three other times. The fact that charge card was charged multiple times but then it shows up on my statement is two major charges is suspect.
