Liked: The daytime lady at the front desk was very pleasant and handled things well. Other than that, it wasn't a good stay.
Disliked: Only one of two elevators was working. The bathtub at some point had been resurfaced and was peeling. The caulking around the tub looks like a 5 year old did it. The tinting on the windows was peeling off. The pantry had no water for purchase.

Liked: The elevator was not working. We were on the fifth floor. We asked to be moved down to the first floor because I have health issues and they refused. After we call La Quinta one, 800 number thats only when we were moved to a different room on the 3rd fl
Disliked: The room also had roaches in it. I will not ever stay there again!!!

My stay was horrible and...

Disliked: 1. We had to pay for parking. 2. You all didn’t tell the guest about the $250 security deposit while you booking it, that needs to be at the top of the page with the pricing. 3. We didn’t get any clean towels, washcloths , and our linens didn’t get changed all either, and we didn’t get a full roll of toilet tissue either and there wasn’t a spare roll neither. The towels, washcloths and sheets that we checked in with was the same ones we checked out with. 4. When I went downstairs to ask for clean towels and stuff, they didn’t have any. 5. They only had 1 elevator working, and the people that was in front of us got stuck in the elevator and they had to call the firefighters. And we was on the fourth floor and I have a bad knee due to knee surgery and I had to take the stairs. 6. And the breakfast was garbage, the money that all the guests in that hotel is paying, they could have had a better breakfast than cereal, boiled eggs, bagel, juice and coffee. Really what happened to scrambled eggs bacon and sausage and fruit, waffles, pancakes and stuff. This stay was horrible and the worst experience that myself and my husband has ever had.

Disliked: They place a large hold on your credit card and won't tell when you will get it back, also for the price paid they should have both of their elevators running, it was crowded in the lobby with people trying to use one very small elevator

Liked: Check in process took way too long. Bathroom in my room was in poor shape. The front desk took a $250 hold on my credit card that still has not been released. Most of the food items in the breakfast area were not available. Bagels and hard boiled eggs ???

Liked: The bed was comfortable
Disliked: No hot breakfast as the website showed. Noone cleaned our room nor did they ask. Never got extras towels for our 2 night stay. We asked for extra pillows twice and never got them. The pillows were very small. The air co and filter needed to be changed it stunk in the room. The soap dish for bathtub had mildew around it

Disliked: Microwave a refrigerator was broken they don’t clean up the rooms for three days unless you ask. Then they want you to pay for parking
