Disliked: The pool area was not set up and available. No hot tub or anything

Liked: I liked the location of the property, the size of the room and the price.
Disliked: The drains run very slow, so the water builds up in the sink and the shower when you’re running the water. They don’t service the rooms but every 3 days, so you have to go downstairs to get extra towels or request for them to clean the room. In the meantime, you have to put dirty towels and trash in the hall to be picked up by the staff, which to me doesn’t seem very sanitary.

Disliked: I needed a handicapped room. I have balance issues and have to use a walker. The handicapped room was the second last room on a hall that was the furthest from the desk and area you have to go for breakfast. Handicapped should be the closest.
