Liked: The hotel was clean and inviting. Even though it was a Holiday, the staff was kind and considerate and went out of their way to make us welcome. The breakfast was very good and beyond what we had expected.
Disliked: My husband tried to swim in the pool and found it a bit too chilly. (It was Christmas day though so WOW, great that it was available at all!)

Perfect Moscow Location
Liked: We enjoyed bring close to the mall for shopping & walking. Dinner was also less than a block away. The room was very clean & had everything we needed. Breakfast was hot with a lot of choices &?good coffee. Nice staff.
Disliked: Couldn?t find anything wrong.

I would say there again.
Liked: Good breakfast. Quite room
Disliked: No water glasses in the bathroom. There was a card in the room about saving water....dirty towels on the floor and clean reusable towels on the towel bar. No towel bars in the room to hang wet towels so had to throw them on the floor and housekeeping replaced with clean towels. Recommend a night light in the room. We had to leave the bathroom light on all night so we could see when traveling from the bed to the bathroom at night. Made reservations through Booking.com, contact the hotel directly. I had to shorten the reservation by one day. Hotel could not make the change. I had to call Booking.com. They called the hotel to see if change was okay, then let me know the change was made. What a pain.

Comfortable, and secure.
Liked: Friendly clerks, management, and cooks. Rooms were clean, and house keepers were helpful. I felt at ease with my surroundings. Quiet, which is very important.
Disliked: There were 2 issues, 1) not being able to block the light outside that was shinning into our room all night long. I understand having the light for security, but there wasn't anyway to block it out. Also, people could look in if they had gotten close though to the window. We was on the bottom floor. 2) The light/plug in must have had a short, as my CPAP that was plugged into it, kept shutting off. I believe a short in it.

Liked: Clean, service OK,
Disliked: Acoustics not very good. From the very corner of the hotel we were on the second floor corner mostroom I can still hear what?s going on in the lobby.

Liked: Location!!!!! Quiet. Can?t hear any traffic or noise from outside. Applebee?s and a Walmart within walking distance. Room was really spacious, big comfortable beds. Fridge and microwave in room which would be handy if staying over multiple nights. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Room walls are very thin so could hear the alarm and shower of our neighbour?s but that?s pretty standard for most places. The window coverings didn?t block the outside light as well as expected, you couldn?t get them to close without a gap which let in street light.
