La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Morgantown

I booked online looking for a hotel close to Mylan Park with an indoor pool and free breakfast. Nowhere did it tell me online that these things were not being offered due to Covid 19 restrictions. When we arrived and found out we were very disappointed and asked would we be discounted and were basically shrugged off. No discount applied. Paid full price to not be able to use the amenities advertised for this hotel.

Liked: The room was clean.
Disliked: No breakfast or pool.

Liked: The location, breakfast and comforts were nice!
Disliked: We got there and were sent to an in clean room, the beds weren’t made and the room hadn’t been cleaned! We were then sent to another room that was made n mostly clean but you could tell was rushed and not done well! There was still hair n shower grime in the bathtub and sink! Not to mention we had arrived later with kids and all of our stuff it was a lot and very frustrating! Management the next morning basically brushed it off!

Everything was great except WiFi...

Liked: Very clean and most of the facilities are updated! Very friendly and nice staff! Good value for price.
Disliked: WiFi is very unstable. Check-in receptionist did notify us the WiFi was just restored from big outage but it is still inconvenient for us since we can not use WiFi most of time during our two day stay
