My visit was horrible; rooms had been booked in January and still no rooms when I arrive after a 6 hour drive.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: I had no room when i arrived after speaking with the hotel clerk about an hour b4, had to wait an hour for hotel management to arrive to clear the matter up; to wait about an hour to be accommodated.

I would not stay here...

Liked: The location was easy to get to.
Disliked: It was not very clean. The room smelled like mildew. There was a dirty wash cloth in the bathroom. The pillows sucked.

Great place for our yearly...

Liked: Location and ease of getting to it. Clean and comfortable beds.
Disliked: Water was not hot enough in shower.

Disappointed they did not honor...

Liked: The breakfast was very good
Disliked: In the FAQ section on that specific hotel, it stated pets stay free. They do not. The shower had black mold. It also dripped, so I had to put a towel down in the shower so I did not hear it drip all night. The towel was soaked in the morning. Pictures are attached.Thank you for taking the time to read this.
