My visit was horrible; rooms had been booked in January and still no rooms when I arrive after a 6 hour drive.
Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: I had no room when i arrived after speaking with the hotel clerk about an hour b4, had to wait an hour for hotel management to arrive to clear the matter up; to wait about an hour to be accommodated.

Disliked: I tried to explain to the attendant that I was charged my last visit for my pets but she was the one who told me that I would not be charged. I told her I was charged the next day when I checked out after she told me I wouldn't be. She said it was because of the room I stayed in was for pets. I again explained that she told me I wouldn't be charged. She said there was nothing she could do. I also told her that there was a lady during the middle of the night during the last stay that was screaming and hollaring during the middle of the night. She asked if I just wanted to find a different hotel and I said no then she decided that I wasn't welcome and would not grant my stay. I asked for the manager. It was the same manager that told me I had to pay extra the last time. I explained to him what happened. He said since I didn't have the name of the gentleman that told me that, he had to charge me. He also said I wasn't welcome to stay because I was rude to his employee. I told him I was just trying to explain to her how I didn't understand and that he was now standing next to the employee who told me she wouldn't charge me. I didn't know her name but I could point her out. He wasn't interested and told me I wasn't welcome to stay. I travel frequently and I will never stay at one of your hotels in the future.

Liked: Breakfast was great
Disliked: I called the hotel ahead of time, not booking.com. I was told that there would be NO charge for pets. Booking.com just said there may be a charge. When I told the attendant that she said there is a charge. The gentleman behind me told her he was told the same thing. She agreed not to charge either of us. However, the next day, I was charged by the hotel general manager and there was no changing his mind.
