Liked: The staff very good at helping guests. Also very clean rooms
Disliked: This hotel is pet friendly and large dog woke me up barking and barking. Breakfast was poorly supported by staff.. I had reserved a deluxe king room and didn't get it.

Worst experience ever!

Liked: The staff who work there are phenomenal not the owner.
Disliked: This is not the first time we stayed in this hotel but it was definitely the last one. We always travel with our service dog and we have never had any issues until now when the new owner, Mr. El-Shabazz, demanded that we needed to show the papers to show that our dog was a service dog. I tried to explain him that we don’t need to show any kind of documentation but he insisted that if we don’t have the papers we needed to pay the pet fee. He ordered the person at the reception to make the charge and he left without letting us say anything else. It was very rude. I have a picture from de ADA, proving that what he did was illegal and a discrimination. I am so sorry that what it used to be an excellent hotel, now it’s becoming a very bad place.
