Liked: I liked the staff and breakfast and location. It appeared clean overall
Disliked: I found hair that was not my own in several places throughout the room. I'm not terribly worried about that as much as bedbugs that I was told were flea bites.

Good hotel; disrespectful guests.

Liked: Hotel was generally nice and clean. We did not utilize the breakfast or coffee. Unfortunately we were there for a family member who was dying. She passed while we were staying there. The staff was wonderful and very comforting. Unfortunately, the problem we had was with a guest. The room directly across the hall was being rented by some very inconsiderate people who were very loud and yelling at all times through the night as well as putting their kids out the door while they cried and then let them back in the room when they started screaming again. When we were checking out I complained about them several times over. Come to find out from my mother who was staying in the room next to us and was still there for a late checkout that the police had to be called because the hotel told the people the had to leave and had 1 hour to do so. The lady went crazy and started knocking on all the doors on that floor wanting to know who complained. I have to tell you I am very glad I did not confront the lady as I wanted to before I left because it would have gotten physical. I know this was not the fault of the hotel and being a paramedic I see these kinds of people using their last dollars to rent a place to live. It was just very unfortunate that my grandmother was dying and then the next morning at 1:40am she passed and we left to go to the home and see her off. We had to come back and deal with this raving lunatic on top of our emotional stress and lack of sleep. I am not sure I will stay at the hotel again and look for a better hotel where cliental would be more civilized.
Disliked: The shower pressure could be better.
