The start of my night I checked in at La Quinta Manassas. I had booked a king bedroom suite and was surprised to find two twin beds in my room. I had spoken to the very unfriendly concierge and was told there was nothing they could do about it and that I had to contact the site I booked it with. Frankly that's a pain in the ass so I dealt with it. I went to an event that night that was interrupted by phone calls asking when I planned on checking in. At this point I had been checked in for six hours. So I dealt with the friendly and helpful Kelvin on the phone. Apparently I was checked in as the wrong person, even though ID and credit card was provided. Later that night I got a call saying my card was invalid. I gave them my card number. The next morning apparently there was still an issue with my card. So I gave it to them once again and in turn was charged twice for a room I didn't even reserve. Employees like Kelvin were very helpful and kind. The other employees seemed like they could not be bothered and were unfriendly to say the least. I am very unhappy with this experience.
Liked: It is over now.
Disliked: Just about everything.

Comfortable and quiet. Hotel needed...
Liked: The room was spacious, comfortable, quiet and clean.
Disliked: The hotel needed updating. It felt, and looked, old and worn. The eggs on the breakfast bar appeared and tasted like powdered. Only one small elevator.

Liked: Outstanding front desk employee Thursday morning. Competent, professional and kind. Thanks to said employee breakfast was good.
Disliked: Check in was lengthy and tedious performed by 2 employees who could care less about guests. They should be retrained . Should be reminded they work in the hospitality industry. Sheets old and nubby. Property a little run down.

Liked: good location, clean and staff was nice.
Disliked: toliet kept running and bedroom tv kept freezing up. not much of a breakfast.

Liked: The suite was nice, spacious and clean. The entire staff was very helpful.....and there was a front desk lady that was extremely sweet & good at her job!!!
Disliked: The indoor pool was really cold so we would stay again but wouldn't swim!!!
