Liked: Good location
Disliked: I understand they are going through remodeling a lot of dust involved, but this was the floor I stayed on. They were remodeling on the other side. They haven’t dusted or cleaned anything or even looks like they vacuumed. The room I was put in was terrible the door as you can see was basically off the hinges and reset you could hear everything in the hallway. There was at least an inch gap on top and on the side where it locked. Needless to say, I didn’t feel very safe. And it was noisy. I am requesting a full refund. I also booked this weeks in advance and requested a first floor room because of a service animal. When I got there, they said there was none available and they put me on the second floor. I am never paid that much for a room before there or in that area I will not return.

Disliked: The construction on the 2nd floor just a few doors down from my room. The smell of drywall dust was awful. Couldn’t sleep due to it, caused major congestion and coughing.

Our Dance Competition Weekend Stay

Liked: I explained our situation about our ESA, which is actually a mini pig. Their site said cats and dogs only, but they allowed us to bring him for my daughter. I loved that they did this without any hassle.The woman who checked us in actually gave us a very generous discount because she said it was way too high compared to normal weekends. We were there for our daughters dance competition, and we were willing to pay the full amount, but it was so sweet that she helped us.
Disliked: The breakfast was disappointing. There was not much selection at all, and my kids couldn't eat it. It was very obvious that it was all microwaved. I know basically all hotels use this, but the quality was poor. The other thing was we were told at check in that our room was newly renovated and we were the first to stay since. I'm not sure what was actually done because the floors turned the kids' feet black. The curtains had mold on the bottom, which I assume based on smell it was from animals. It was pretty dirty, so I was confused over her, saying it was renovated. She may have been telling us what she was told. It was disappointing, though.

Liked: Clean, the staff were super friendly and welcoming, beds were soft and comfortable, pillows had a little firm to them but were soft, pool was warm and breakfast was pretty good. Super quick and easy access to downtown.
