Was charged two different amounts and told it was a glitch in the system and money will be refunded. Got one amount refunded, not the higher one and we are talking about $97. Can't get a hold of anyone, emails are not answered either. Will change for better review when I get my money back.

Disliked: After my check in, keys didn't work 3 times, having to go back down and back up!And my Room for the price wasn't what I expected! Online Room looked much better and larger! And we were expecting a real sit down Breakfast Sunday morning as the website stated, not a brown bag snack! To be honest I wished I would have selected another Hotel, one not under construction

Liked: The room was very comfortable.
Disliked: I had a lot of trouble with airport shuttle. Had to wait more than an hour with three calls to the hotel. Total of 2 hours to get from airport to checkin.The phone message says it is clearly marked. It does NOT indicate Spectrum is the name of the service. Then, to add insult to injury I was charged $10 for the return shuttle to the airport plus an $11 tax on top. The return trip should have been complimentary. Also, no breakfast available until 8am. My flight was at 8:30. No box breakfast available.
