Hilton Garden Inn Los Angeles Airport

Was charged two different amounts and told it was a glitch in the system and money will be refunded. Got one amount refunded, not the higher one and we are talking about $97. Can't get a hold of anyone, emails are not answered either. Will change for better review when I get my money back.

Liked: It was very clean
Disliked: We requested when we booked a quiet room and the room they gave us was on the Main Street. Very noisy. Also the air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. The restaurant was not open. One of the reasons we booked was because it had a restaurant.

Disliked: they did not have hot breakfast and the laundry was not open which were some of the reasons I choose to stay there
