Was charged two different amounts and told it was a glitch in the system and money will be refunded. Got one amount refunded, not the higher one and we are talking about $97. Can't get a hold of anyone, emails are not answered either. Will change for better review when I get my money back.

Liked: Clean rooms.

Never to stay overthere again.

Liked: It was clean
Disliked: Breakfast was terrible. There was nothing at walking distance to substitute it.It is not that close to the airport and shuttle took more than an hour to arrive. Pool was out of service and the were nit enough equipment in gym for all guests.

Weak at everything

Liked: Location, away from everything, closer to the airport
Disliked: Very weak breakfast, with absolutely no fruit, no cheese, no ham, no yogurts, no juices. Very weak indeed. Room service only provides cleaning if the guest requests it 24 hours in advance. Otherwise they don't clean the rooms and don't change towels or put toilet paper

Disliked: Breakfast wasn’t available until after 8:00am on the weekends and we had to pay a crazy amount for parking per day, which wasn’t very clear when I booked the reservation.

Liked: Breakfast doesn't start till 8 AM. Too late for early flights. Dinner choices were VERY limited, though the service was great!
Disliked: There was no sign up for shuttle and if it's full, you have to wait for the next one. Makes for a nervous beginning to the day of travel. It also started at the Holiday Inn next door, so was somewhat full when it arrived. The driver was great and it could accommodate a lot of people and luggage.

Fine for one night

Liked: Very close to LAX. Decent breakfast.
Disliked: Room faced a busy street so there was constant street noise all night long.

Very conviniently located near the...

Liked: On a long trip we enjoyed the laundry facilities a lot. It was easy, cheap and functional. Also the room was spacey and nice. Staff very friendly, hats off how well they manage to play several roles.
Disliked: Well, it’s a bit worn-out in some spaces but they are renovating it floor by floor. 2nd and 3rd were under construction now.

Good but could be better.

Liked: Close to LAX which was a main reason for staying here. Room was very nice and comfortable. Large refrigerator and plumbing was good.
Disliked: Too bad there was no safe in the room, the hotel is located in a unsafe area near the airport but many hotels are also, the 3 other hotels I stayed at on this trip had safes in the room.This comment is not about the hotel's responsibility but the free LAX shuttle was poorly run. There was not enough room for everyone, and the driver was under stress as you can well understand. Then he gave everyone, those that flew international flights, the wrong information. He said everyone had to get off at Terminal 2, check in baggages there and then walk to Bradley International. Maybe that was correct for Delta international flyers but there were people flying on United and I was on American Airlines and that is where we should have been dropped off. The hotel should inform the shuttle company they are dropping off passengers at the wrong terminal.Also the TV in my room was not working and the front desk they were sending someone to check it. No one ever showed up but I did not miss the TV as I was busy packing but the hotel should follow up with what they say.
