Disappointed policy from Booking.com ruined...

Liked: The location was excellent. Ammenities were good, breakfast was good but limited in options if you didn't want biscuits and gravy.
Disliked: Very disappointed in Booking.com. I forgot to advise hotel that I was eligible for a military discount at check-in. When I asked about it a few minutes after check-in, I was told that they could not give it to me as I had already signed the price sheet. They said it was a Booking.com requirement. This was extremely disappointing after seeing all of the advertisements that Booking.com shows regarding being the cheapest solution in the marketplace. Another person in my party did get their military discount under the same reservation, which saved them approximately $20/day.

Liked: Breakfast was great. Staff were very nice and tried to help. The location of the hotel to our destination was excellent.
Disliked: The key cards would not work, the indoor pool was not heated, and the internet was extremely slow.

Liked: The evening shift manager person and the young lady that cleaned the rooms
Disliked: The door lock wouldn’t work with key properly had to keep coming downThe walls in the room need washing

Liked: The maids were nice even though they had had a very difficult day. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Location was good, had food nearby too. Rest of staff did not seem enthused to have us there.
Disliked: Arrived at 3 pm for check in, but had to wait till 4:30 to get a room. Still had to find a maid to ask for towels for the 3rd person. There were some water issues in bathroom and they didn't want to about hear it. Not enough places to hang towels or places to put bags. With some work it could be much better.
