Liked: Didn't get breakfast they don't have before 7am and I had to leave by 6:30 each day....
Disliked: I didn't like booking.com because nothing I asked for was done... paid parking was not an issue I required ground floor got the 3rd floor !!!!!

CRAPPIEST SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED....
Liked: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!!
Disliked: STAFF IS RUDE AF!!!! UNKNOWLEDGEABLE!!! PORMOTING ROOMS THEY DONT EVEN HAVE AVAILABLE!!! I reserved a Deluxe King Room on 3/11/23 to get out of town and come celebrate my birthday with friends. Upon arrival the young lady at the check in desk tells us " we actually don't have deluxe king rooms" to which i was a little shocked given that its available for booking. I asked a few times if she could just place us in any room available and we would be okay with that. she continued to say she didnt have this room and cancelled my stay to which then she stated she could rebook me for another room, which i had already asked for but she needed to charge me the difference of the now available DELUXE KING ROOM!!! i asked why we had to pay the difference when they are the ones showing its booked and mentioned she had just said it wasnt available. she then went to the back to call her manager and then came back to tell us it was our fault we booked an already "filled up" hotel. i asked her to make sure we would not get charged and she said "there is nothing we can do about this issue, i cancelled your stay and now you have to talk to booking for your refund." the next morning i wake up to 2 different charges to this hotel in the amounts of $120 and $111. this girl was either new or plain out dumb. I then called booking to let them know what had happened. when they tried to call the hotel they didnt answer. then i try. someone immediatley answered and as soon as i asked if they could confirm my reservation had been cancelled the night before i was told " YOU NEED TO CALL THE MANAGER ON TUESDAY I CANT DO THAT. mind you its a simple yes or no. i conitnued on to explain what happened and this rude ass person continued to raise her voice at me repeating "IM GOING TO KEEP TELLING YOU OVER AND OVER AGAIN REPEATING MYSELF THAT I CANT HELP YOU AND I DONT HAVE THOSE PERMISSIONS ON MY COMPUTER CALL BACK TUESDAY" PERMISSION FOR WHAT...
