Liked: The check in representative was very nice.
Disliked: The room smelled like smoke - it was supposed to be non smoking.

Great staff - they changed my room from the side with the railroad tracks to a better location at no extra charge. Only bad thing I can say is that the surrounding area is nothing but industrial buildings for miles. It was hard to find a grocery store or any restaurants besides the Denny's.

Liked: Great location; close to Verizon Wireless Amphitheater.

Liked: GIRLS AT FRONT DESK SHEYLEE AND BREE EXCELLENT COMMUNICATORS KNEW THEIR BUSINESS HOW TO COMMUNICATE WITH CUSTOMERS HANDLED PROBLEMS WELL INFO ABOUT AREA AND HAD RESPECT OF FELLOW STAFF
Disliked: MANAGEMENT/OWNERSHIP I SAT IN FRONT PARLOR AND WATCHED OWNERSHIP DOUBLE THE COST OF A NIGHTS STAY WHEN THEY NOTICED A CROUD OF CUSTOMERS FROM A LOCAL SPORTS VENUE ARRIVE WITHOUT RESERVATIONS BUT THERE WAS PLENTY OF VACANCIES

Disliked: Front office staff was not friendly or helpful. Failed to acknowledge their guests anytime we walked by. They just watched you, suspiciously.
