Liked: Everything was great. Enjoyed the indoor pool, especially 24 hours for adults. So glad they are pet friendly.
Disliked: The rooms was a little to compact but not really a big issue.

It was fantastic.
Liked: The room was very comfortable, pretty, and spacious. It was furnished and designed beautifully. The whole hotel was beautiful and clean. The breakfast was yummy. There was a variety of choices. The sitting area was comfortable and spacious. The hotel offered a lot of entertainment and was an excellent place for shoppers and people who love to eat out.
Disliked: No biggy, just a tiny continuous drip in the shower. The desk was notified but it continued to drip.

Liked: Clean, Comfortable and affordable. Breakfast was really good. The Indoor pool and Hot Tub came in handy in relaxing after a long drive to Houston,

This place had too many...
Liked: The breakfast
Disliked: 1. We were charged a 100 dollar incidental fee at check in. 2. Two cars were broke into3. The breakfast area needed key access. 4. Couldn’t take your breakfast to your room. 5. Kids couldn’t be in the pool after 10pm even if they were with their parents. 6. The was a charge for a late check out 45 dollars.

Liked: pool was packed with kids even after the hours it said no more kids allowed, pillowcase had red stain on it, could clearly hear kids yelling and a dog constantly barking in the rooms around mine.

Liked: The location was perfect for my planned weekend.
Disliked: Upon my arrival I mentioned I have a service animal. when I get to the counter and show that I indeed have a service animal everything was ok. 4 hours later after I check in there's a problem, i get a call saying the from front desk clerk telling me what her manager had now said. Now I have to pay for my service animal being on property. The Manager "Elizabeth" is very rude and disrespectful. Very unprofessional. As I was standing in line waiting to speak with her she was already being disrespectful to another guest. When It is my turn to talk to her she's over talking me and when I tell her I work for the Better Business Bureau of Investigation she implied that she didn't care. This is great to now know. So I was getting breakfast downstairs. I read signs posted that breakfast stays in the breakfast dining area. "Mercedes " the breakfast attendee approaches directly, as one sat infront of me while being told in a way "don't leave the area with food". I felt disrespected as if I can't read after the fact of seeing what I saw it was aimed at the black culture. 5 Caucasians entered and she approached them with a warm welcome and not once did she tell them what she told me. My experience at this property was poor. I'll never stay with this property again. I will be taking action also. Mr. Sammy if this is what you allow at your property this is very sad.

Liked: It was close to shops and restaurants. Kids loved the pool. The breakfast was good every morning and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Disliked: the lady in the breakfast room is real rude she has a nasty attitude
