Disliked: Staff had issues with everything, including my booking which was canceled because of Booking.com policy.

Disliked: The toilet ran through and there was smoke in the building even though it was non smoking. I expressed my concerns and they were not dealt with sufficiently and when I checked out I was told I should have been moved but was not
