Overall a great value and...

Liked: Very convenient location. Terrific high ceilings and spacious rooms. Very clean. EXCELLENT staff. Good breakfast. Comfortable firm mattress with actual comforter and good pillows. Lots of grab bars in the bathroom.
Disliked: The wifi is not secure and is extremely sketchy and glitchy, making it next to impossible to work. The climate unit in the room does not exactly work based on its settings. The mirror in the bathroom of one of the ADA rooms is so unbelievably high I could barely see myself. Had I been using my wheelchair it would have been completely impossible.

Disliked: Rooms stink, broken cabinets, broken light , broken trims, stains everywhere. Would not recommend unless you don’t have any other option.

Liked: The location was great! We did not need breakfast since we had to leave at 4 amI liked the cleanliness of the room. The shuttle service worked out for us in the early morning hours but Barely.
Disliked: What does not work well is how many hotels are sharing one shuttle service!Having to call again and again to get a shuttle and barely getting a shuttle when the 3 rd one arrived…credit to the staff member from the hotel and the shuttle driver that we even got on board… two many people needing rides from the same shuttle!! That does not reflect good on your hotel offering a service that is so not able to keep up! I was traveling with 4 minors and only able to sleep 3 hours!
