Quick as possible, and we...

Liked: Good location for a quick stay.
Disliked: Checking in was horrible. Two ladies at the front desk were both preoccupied with phones. The one that finally checked us in was on her phone FaceTime with her boyfriend the whole time that she checked us in. Conversations and communication was going on during our entire check-in process. We even saw that the guy was in bed and talking to his girlfriend, completely rude, disrespectful, noisy, inefficient, and horrible experience.

Not what I needed staff...

Liked: The room and facilities were up to my expectations.
Disliked: When I got off my shuttle from the airport, there was nobody at the front desk. I stood up there for 30 minutes. I knocked on the office doors. I was calling out to see if anybody could hear me then the room next to me. Was playing loud music. I tried to call down to the desk and no one answered me. I called four times from my phone in the room so I did not sleep good to make my connecting flight in the morning.

Very good

Liked: The breakfast is great. It opened at 6. It made my day happy from then on. And there's good coffee in the room. It was quiet and not too far from the airport.
Disliked: The bed was too hard for me. The pillows were worse. The air conditioner was on when I got to the room and it was almost cold outside.

Bad

Disliked: The carpet was old, dated, worn and felt dirty. The sofa had slip covers over the cushions that didn't match the sofa and was full of holes! Felt dirty and nasty!
