Disliked: me my husband and 2 kids we only had 2 towels they wouldn’t give more unless we took back the dirty ones. we stayed for 2 nights i put to have the room clean came back at 7pm room wasn’t clean at all. poor customer service

Disliked: The reception the nite we arrive have a private party in the pool full of younger where screaming and bother people around then we leave cause I waz to much neta day in the morning waz even worse the breakfast aprendan lady thing we don't understand what she waz saying about the customer is not nice at all I work the services industry and you don't go and ask the kids to clean the table in a rude way I don't think no one has the authority to yell u young kids about the plate the where using totally irresponsible to think tha way never again will use this company again and will no recom3ns it at all ...

Stayed 3 nights. Really nice...
Liked: Staff was helpful and friendly. Bed was very comfortable. Room was spacious. Common area in lobby large and nicely decorated.
Disliked: Some odd smells in the hallways and room. I think they were having water issues. Low water pressure in sink. Room layout was weird—bathroom door got in the way.

Liked: GOT ROBBED!!! during our stay in this Hotel. Woke up to broken window and shattered window, everything layed outside on grass…thank god we are ok ! Very dissapointed at FRONT DESK LADY I BELIEVE HER NAME WAS BRIANNA TOLD ME INCIDENT HAD BEEN REPORTED EARLY BY ANOTHER GUEST BUT SINCE IT WASNT THEYRE VEHICLE SHE COULDNT CALL THE POLICE BUT AGAIN WE ARE GUESTS TO THIS HOTEL,I TOLD HER OK BUT COULDNT YOU HAVE REACHED US, SHE STAYED QUIET, I ASKED TO SPEAK TO MANAGER SHE SAID SHE WOULD GET HERE AT 10 BUT THEY WOULD NOT HELD RESPONSIBLE THAT IS WHY THEY HAVE SIGNS at PARKING LOT ! SHE ALSO MENTIONED THIS HAD NEVER HAPPENED! LET ME SPECIFY THIS HOTEL IS GATED AND YOU CANT COME IN TO PARKING LOT WITHOUT THE ROOM KEY TO BE SCANNED AT GATE SO I MENTIONED THIS ABOUT BEING “SECURED” AND SHE SAID THAT IS NOT COUNT AS HAVING SECURITY HERE !!!POLICE REPORT WAS DONE! According to her they don’t have access to cameras they have to call somewhere and then report to police! I’m VERY DISAPPOINTED WHAT A GREAT WAY TO END OUR VACATION! PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS HOTEL FOR YOUR WELL BEING, MANAGEMENT DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU.
