Disliked: The breakfast was dreadful. It was almost inedible. Additionally the price was hiked because it was March.

Disliked: Breakfast options were terrible. Nothing healthy, nothing appetizing about it. Most of it was gone by 8:15 in the morning. People sat in the eating area waiting for transportation to their destinations leaving no room for those that actually wanted to be seated for breakfast. Mass confusion. Staff at check-out was not knowledgeable and inefficient. Room had mold on floors and tubs. Air conditioner sounded like freight train all night. Hotel is in need of serious upgrade. If in Hollywood again, wouldn't stay here.

Liked: It was a nice room with great sun blocking curtains and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The first day the breakfast wasn't up to their normal. They didn't have yogurt and there wasn't any sugar anywhere for the coffee which was cold. It just felt like they were trying to scale down all of the breakfast experiance. The second morning they served hard boiled eggs, not very enjoyable first thing in the morning. The bed pillows were very unsatisfactory as they didn't hold their shape. Also, the toilet was very short, so the water was very close to my private parts.
