The price was good; the customer service was good. The clerk was very nice. Have stayed here several times - not only for concerts but also the Black Friday Shopping in November. I highly recommend staying here.

It was ok. Met my...

Liked: The room was clean & the breakfast was good.
Disliked: The bathroom door was warped so wouldn't close. There were no hooks in bathroom to hang anything. There was no clock so I set microwave clock. The toilet seat was loose. Minor things I know but when you are paying that price I was a little disappointed. I wanted to tell staff about the door but there was no one at the desk when I left.

Not worth the money and...

Liked: The location and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The carpet throughout the place was filthy. Side door where a key card is required stays unlocked, which leaves an unsafe feeling. Adults and kids were running the halls and slamming doors until 2am.

Very comfortable and overall clean...

Liked: Breakfast was ok. The bed was comfortable, the whole place smelled clean for as many pets as were there (including my dog)
Disliked: Tub was peeling and very slow to drain. Carpet and paint were peeling in some areas of hotel. Hotel did say under construction though

Just say no

Disliked: When we got to the hotel, the desk clerk was nowhere to be found. They had signage up that they were open during renovations and to pardon their dust but there were no work trucks or workers present. However the place was filthy. Every outside trash can was overflowing. Cigarette butts were all over the sidewalk and ground outside. The halls looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in months We got to our room and it was no better. We instantly and were hit with the smell of cigarette smoke, although it was a non smoking facility. Upon entering the room, we noticed hair on the pillow, and a cigarette burn through the bedspread. Then we noticed a huge cobweb from the ceiling down the wall by the bed. After we unloaded our suitcases, we saw our dog playing with something in the floor. My husband walked over to see what he had and stepped on something squishy. It was a bunch of GRAPES. It appeared to us he had eaten one. Grapes can be deadly to dogs, so we called the pet poison control and was told to take our dog immediately to the emergency vet. We spent the next 7 hours at the emergency vet where they induced vomiting, ran blood tests, gave our dog activated charcoal and fluids. We had to bring him back again the next day for follow up blood tests. We spent over $600 because the hotel's housekeeping left grapes in our floor! When my husband reported what happened to the desk clerk she defensively yelled, "Well, it wasn't my fault!!". We were told the owner Sameer Patel would cover our vet bill, but he has ghosted us. We spoke to the hotel manager who said the bill would be forwarded to Mr Patel, but since we left the hotel, they haven't answered their phone. My husband just spoke to the general manager and informed her we would be seeking legal remedies if this was not handled.
