Liked: A newer La Quinta. They're more or less all the same. Can't go wrong with the newer ones but have to be very careful with the older ones. I guess it all depends on the management.

Disliked: Pool and hot tub have been out for over a week. The first room we got hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned - sticky stuff on the floor and two hairs in the bathtub

Liked: I absolutely enjoyed staying here and would stay here again! The cleanliness and promptness to resolving a concern of the hot tub (spa), were handled and treated as a priority. When we initially arrived it was cold and not operating well. Once we informed the front office (check in) team it was resolved and very warm within 24hrs and we got to use it. Therefore, if you encounter this issue and have 24hrs to spare it should be resolved. As the team is aware this happens a lot due to their hot water or heater issue. The breakfast spread was decent as it was a good variety!
Disliked: Being that’s it’s the coldest part of the season it did take 24hrs for the spa (hot tub) to be resolved. I’m just glad we stayed long enough to enjoy it.

Disliked: Bathroom not clean. Lighting not good. Sidewalk at building entry door extremely slippery (ice).
