Nice but not comfortable

Liked: The hotel is nicely decorated and clean overall. Lobby and breakfast areas are nice and comfortable. The room is nice. Shampoo, conditioner, and hairdryer provided. Thick carpet in the halls helps to keep noise down. Breakfast was fine. Yogurt, waffles, eggs, sausage, gravy, bread selection, cereal, and packets of oatmeal. Quiet. Good location right next to the mall.
Disliked: The pillows were awful and all identical. So even though we had 5 pillows on the king bed, there wasn't a good one amongst them. My husband likened them to sofa cushions. Firm and designed for shape or appearance rather than comfort. The air conditioner was very loud and woke us up every time it came on. It also froze us every time it came on, then we got hot when it went off. So while the room looked nice, we did not experience comfort or rest, which is of course the ultimate goal.

Very nice place.

Liked: Very clean and comfortable place. Breakfast was good. They knew how to cook the sausage which for me was a plus.
Disliked: Loved everything.

Liked: The staff upon check in were great. Which made me confident that I was staying in an awesome place. I was very comfortable and enjoyed my stay.
Disliked: Nothing bad to say.
