Friendly greeting at check in. Also very helpful getting a shuttle to our concert. Room was spacious and very clean. Follow up phone call to make sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was adequate.

Disliked: The hotel was very disappointing. The first room we were put in was already occupied, I had asked to be put on the non freeway side and the room was facing the freeway. We had to go back to the front desk with all our luggage and two dogs, just not acceptable. The second room we were put in looked like it was under maintenance. It had no number on the door, huge water spot on the carpet, refrigerator didn?t keep temp, coffee maker was missing vital piece to operate it, so no coffee in the morning, missing pillows on beds. Just a very sad room. We had booked the room for an oncologist appointment for my dog the next morning, and we didn?t want to put her through that drive.

Liked: It was convenient, quiet, and the staff were very helpful.
Disliked: Facilities could use some updating and although all guests were wearing masks according to Covid requirements, front desk staff were not.

I pretty much already did...
Liked: The staff: in particular Rachel and Amie. They were absolutely amazing! Outstanding customer service. I am disabled although not in a wheelchair and Rachel was able to get me into a handicap accessible room as my situation put me in need a day early. Both Rachel and Amie made my stay so stress free, and allowed me to finally decompress. They are the most excellent display not only of customer service but kind and compassionate as well. You have 2 amazing employees here... I certainly hope you treat and appreciate them as much as they did for me.

Disliked: The carpet looks and does smell a bit funky.

Liked: Clean rooms, great shower. There was a fridge and microwave which were important for my stays.I also liked how there was a thermostat to control the room temp.
Disliked: The pillows were very uncomfortable!Staff was hardly ever behind the counter and I?d have to wait several minutes before I could check in, get questions answered or pay for food from the snack area.

Liked: Tgere was no breakfast
Disliked: There was no breakfast, pool, spa, exercise room and still had to pay the same. Firealarm keep going off. Keeping me awake.
