Friendly greeting at check in. Also very helpful getting a shuttle to our concert. Room was spacious and very clean. Follow up phone call to make sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was adequate.

Not bad for pricing for...

Liked: The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty space in the bathroom. As well as the room. I liked how long the breakfast lasted for. The waffles always complete a stay.
Disliked: I wish there was some sort of heads up about the construction. It was a bit annoying, but hey it didn't affect me much as i was still able to park at least. The shower controls were a little confusing compared to others.

Liked: Location of hotel was good for our needs
Disliked: Arrived late in the night and the guy working the desk said it was his second day and he was all alone. Took him some time to get us checked in but it took my friends over an hour of waiting in line to check in. Front desk guy took several breaks and smoked a cigarette while my friends were waiting for a room at 1AM. Hotel room itself was very dingy and dirty, musty smelling. Not at all what is portrayed in the pictures. Loud people and smell of cigarettes all throughout hotel. Never staying here again.

Disliked: Didn't have a remote, didn't have a trash can in the room, and the lights started to flicker when plugged in the outlet. Didn't even stay just left.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The Wifi did not work until the last day of my trip. The air conditioning did not work, had to have staff come and fix it. The tv remote did not work had to have staff come fix it. The tv had a 3 inch line on the screen never could get anyone to fix or change out the tv. The light in the bathroom would not go off had to have staff come fix it. I asked for a different room and was always told there were no other handicap rooms. I asked for a room close to the elevator my room was as far away as possible. The curtains were completely ripped up and tied to together. The phone in the room did not work due to no internet for my entire stay.

Liked: The staff was nice and helpful
Disliked: We were there for 4 days and the bathroom in the lobby was not clean once. It didn’t have soap or toilet paper until I took a roll down there I asked from the cleaning ladies. The hallways and room weren’t that clean either and it was over 100$ per night stay. I’ve stayed at other wyndhams and this is by far the worst. The staff I will say again was nice and helped whenever they were there.
