Liked: Was a shit experience Noah’s cleaning at all I find a lot here dog hair in a room and in five days nobody come to clean the room

Liked: Location, I stayed there before. Staff friendly and helpful and took care of my issues right away
Disliked: I had to switch rooms after j got there. The TV didn't work, and they could not fix it. Tge safe didn't work either. Tge last morning there was a water line break and there was no water service to the rooms. Could not shower before tge funeral I had to attend

Liked: The room was spacious and clean. Location was good for my work.
Disliked: Since I’m traveling for work I use this La Quinta location a lot. The WiFi didn’t work during my whole seven nights stay. I asked to the manager, whom was very unprofessional and rude, if because of the WiFi issue he could apply any discount to the final bill but I was totally ignored. Instead he told me that if I was there for work I should have the WiFi myself, when the hotel includes thi facilities and it’s for free. Very disappointed.
