Guest services needs customer service training. Guests entering the hotel or exiting should always be greeted.

Disliked: Everything was terrible. The hotel was very out dated and only had one elevator. It smelled like smoke, a wet mop and old chicken grease that had been overheating. It was very dingy and unsanitary.

Liked: Everything was clean and extra precautions was put into place due to COVID -19.
Disliked: I have no complaints other than I couldn�t get a good breakfast. :)
