Guest services needs customer service training. Guests entering the hotel or exiting should always be greeted.

Liked: The lobby looked nice. The dove products were the best thing about the facility.
Disliked: The facility smelled like bug spray past the lobby. The pool water looked dirty. The room was giving motel with outside doors.

Liked: I've stayed in the past and I love the beautiful lady at the front desk.
Disliked: The cleaning staff is pretty rude.
