Disliked: The people running through the parking lot at 2 am when the bars closed screaming and the loud music because they parked in the hotel parking lot.

Clean room but customer service...

Liked: The only thing that was out was coffee. We wasn't told the time when breakfast start or end.
Disliked: Customer service when we arrived Sunday. We made it there after 2pm. My husband asked if they could start the paperwork. We were told that they could until a room was connected to the paperwork. When my husband said "if we had time we would go somewhere else". Then all of a sudden, a room was ready. After paying for the room, that's when we were told that $100 deposit had to be paid, with cash. Something we have never had to do at a LA Quinta. I did receive it back at checkout. As we were leaving out the room to checkout, 2 of the cleaning ladies was talking. One of the was talking loud using foul language. For me, it wasn't a good stay. One of the guys at the desk was very unprofessional. He called my husband "pops" . He apologized but kept talking after my husband told him to walk away. I instead of him saying Sir or Mr. Napier, he says "Okay pops, your is ready". Disrespectful.

Construction inspector for the US...

Liked: The building was clean and the staff great.
Disliked: 1. The shower head was dirty and not working properly. 2. The sink was clogged up. 3. The heater made noise all night long and did not heat at all.
