Disliked: I didn't appreciate Paying $30 to check in early when the room was ready and the hotel was not packed.I didn't like being caught off guard with "There's no working elevator".My water did not get hot in the bath. I spoke to the Saturday front desk personnel. She was not very pleasant. No maintenance Tech showed up to improve the temperature. Water was like warm.People hung outside my door the majority of Friday night into early morning Saturday talking until I called front desk The carpet had a wet order smell that caused an allergy flair.Trash behind the toilet and dust behind the bathroom door.Bed was EXTREMELY hard.It wasn't the worst but CERTAINLY not the greatest.

Disliked: No hot water, stained sheets, stained rugs, TV not working, sofa bed stained and with potato chips and nuggets on the bed once we opened it. Moldy smell throughout the room. We changed rooms 3 times due to lack of cleanliness and no hot water. Absolutely disgusting!!! Ended up leaving in the middle of the night to an AirBnB.
