Liked: This is our 2nd visit to this hotel - the first visit back in May 2025 was good - this visit was no so much!
Disliked: The lady who checked us in was told repeatedly we had no signal on the TV - we even left told her we would be gone for a couple hours when she could to please go check out - when we returned she mumbled something about 15 requests while we were out and maintenance was not responding. My husband was handed 3-5 different tv remotes and was told if none could provide us with a signal there was nothing she could do. When he returned the remotes she told him she would speak to the manager about a refund or credit for our. When we checked out the next day the morning clerk did not know anything about a credit and said she would report the night girl to the manager....

Disliked: The property is nice, it could use a little updating. The pillows were flat.

Liked: Staff at desk were nice
Disliked: Room was dirty when we got there. I’m talking old food on the desk chair, dirty walls in the bathroom. It did not seem safe either and I would not leave the room by myself
