A very nervous night spent worrying about a hotel fire with a G.M who didn't care.

Liked: Customer service was - - very - - VERY - - incompetent . And that was the best part.
Disliked: The power to the room went - "OFF" - - three times during the night - - we were on a high floor - - and the constant thought of a hotel fire was never far from our thoughts. The G.M. - - called and said - " DON'T WORRY - - I'LL LOOK INTO IT IN THE MORNING" - - - NOT very reassuring - - . Then the POWER went off again - - the front desk person - - said - - " I have no way to know what is wrong - - BUT I'LL JIGGLE THE BREAKER AND HOPE THAT WORKS " - - again - - not very reassuring - - then the offer came thru - - " WELL I CAN SHIFT YOU TO ANOTHER ROOM" - - really - - move everything in the middle of the night - - - and NO ONE still has any idea what the problem was or if there was going to be a fire. -- - - I said if it goes out again - - " I'm calling the fire department and they can sort this out " - - - a very unsettling night spent at what should have been a peaceful resort. I would never stay at such a POORLY MANAGED PROPERTY AGAIN.- - - - An especially - - POOR SHOWING - - from the G.M - - that's his job to protect the customers/residents and the property - - - - he did - - NEITHER.

Love the place. Stay here every year. Best location and value on the entire strip. Free breakfast is always fantastic. J

Liked: Closet place to the beach and pier.
Disliked: Pool bar was only open one day.

Had a wonderful time, will return in the future

Liked: Location, beach and Pier were in walking distance. Dog friendly, room was very clean especially the bathroom big pet piev of ours when traveling.
Disliked: If I had to say anything, there were no mutt mitts to clean up after your pet.

Disliked: Paid for an upgrade at the hotel after guest check in told me the room I paid for didnt have a balcony. The upgraded room I was given was 2 queens instead of the king I payed for, the only room on the property to have the view completely blocked by trees and the noise of the man made water feature running all the time I couldnt hear anything else. I thought at least I can turn the ac fan on high to block out the noise. They must have it on a timer because it kept shutting itself off after couple hours. The shower doors kept opening themselves during use due to faulty install. Real upgraded room there. The breakfast seamed like something youd get at a homeless encampment. Paid $220 night for an $80 a night feel.
