Liked: Being on Cocoa Beach. And the breakfast the next morning was very good. (No Splenda, though.)
Disliked: No view from the ground floor window, and the door to the balcony wouldn't open. Last time we stayed there we were on a higher floor, with a view over the ocean.

Very nice accommodations

Liked: Outside patio, breakfast, staff, cleanliness, comfortable bed, plenty of towels.
Disliked: USB ports do not work, light over the bed is broken. No instructions with TV channels/input-confusing.

Superb

Liked: How close it was to the beach, got to watch the sunrise from my hotel room. Also the waterfall at breakfast. And the waffle maker.
Disliked: I wish there were some berries with breakfast. Like blueberries/strawberries etc.

Great stay.

Liked: The front desk lady (can't remember her name unfortunately) was really friendly and helpful. Parking was plentiful and outdoor pool area, whilst relatively small, was really nice. All clean and well maintained.
Disliked: Breakfast was included but could be better - both selection and keeping things topped up.. It was actually better second day.

Perfect spot for a weekend...

Liked: The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Overall the property was pretty quiet too, but only after the pool closed at night. The morning breakfast was good as well.
Disliked: The shower pressure could be better. And there could be some noise between adjoining room doors if the neighbors are loud.
