Nice quick stop

Liked: Mostly clean. The chairs and bedskirt had weird stains on them looked like red candle wax maybe. Beds were comfy and the breakfast was decent. Shower pressure and water temperature were nice. Convenient location and loved that there were no pet fees.
Disliked: Just the weird stains but nothing too crazy.

Liked: Ease of location to interstate was great. Proximity to restaurant and gas stations was great.
Disliked: I type this knowing that the folks who attend to housekeeping are doing a thankless job. I can fully appreciate they are working as fast as they can to move through the rooms to reset them after folks check out, but I would please urge them to stop and REALLY look at the surfaces besides toilet, shower curtain, and beds. I am providing pictures of a splattered liquid (I think coffee?) that was on the wall above the lights over the sink. I am also providing a picture of a corner next to the bathtub that has dirty chunkage that looks to have been piling up for a while. The handle on the bedside table was swinging by one screw and there was a big scrape into the wood. It shows a lack of attention to detail. I am also providing a picture of the glass on the picture above the desk to show obvious chunkage and bits of debris that are food or something someone coughed out or made a mess with at the desk?? There was no smoke detector. Since I’m only given 4 slots for photos, you’ll have to take it on my word it was not on the wall in room 319. The remote had a big sticky part that was bad enough that we used one of the bags for the ice bucket to cover it so we could handle it. I have video of it but no place to post it. Maybe some folks would not bat an eye at these things, but they stand out to me. I want to feel like the room I occupy was really assessed after each person and not just rushed through to get done for the day. Cleanliness matters. Taking extra notice and time to look at every cleanable surface would not be out of line. Use the Windex to clean the glass on the pictures. Use some furniture polish to wipe the greasy smudges off the headboard. Use a Magic Eraser to clean the silicone around the tub and bathroom baseboard areas.
