Pleasantly surprised
Liked: I was pleasantly surprised with this facility. It was super clean, staff was always working on upkeep, family friendly environment, pool/jacuzzi/gazebo had excellent ambiance. There was even a letter from the general manager thanking guests and providing his personal number to reach out in the event of any problems. It made us feel as though our presence was valued. 24 hour access to coffee/ice box/vending machines with reasonable prices were also appreciated. Centrally located. Private balcony for each room.
Disliked: Not much can be done about older building. Walls are thin,we heard the people above us walking around and our immediate neighbors TV.

Liked: Breakfast is ok, environment is ok, front desk lady is really nice. Guests we met here are very friendly and nice.
Disliked: The smell of the building, maybe it’s because the old hotel, the blankets are very clean, but smells a little bit old hotel smell.

Good value and close to...
Liked: The staff was absolutely amazing! We encountered some of the most kindest people working at this hotel.
Disliked: The property is extremely old. Please keep in mind you are paying for value, close to the beach without paying the prices for the hotels over the bridge. You pay for what you get. The hotel looks like it’s from the 1970s. Although they have done a good job with keeping it clean, It’s still very old and it shows. There has not been many updates to the bathrooms, looks like it needs some painting in the rooms.

I was satisfied.
Liked: I did not get room clean but i overlooked it because Im really not a messy guy. All good
Disliked: The location factor had me very upset. I was sent to the wrong La Quinta 3 times. When i tried to call my location hotel the line picked up and I ask for the direction and the call hiung up all three times all called. That needs to be fixed.
