At check in we were told a charge of an additional $150 would be put on our credit card for a deposit and would be returned after our visit. If I’m already paying for my room and my credit card is on file, why is that charge going through BEFORE any billable issues? If that was in the booking information it has to have been in the tiniest fine print possible. We were also not told that the breakfast provided needed the ticket given at check in that had our room and wifi information on it in exchange for the meal. We ended up leaving the hotel to find a meal elsewhere.

Staff members were welcoming, friendly, cheery and professional. Room was immaculate. Night was quiet. Water was hot. Enjoyed our brief stay!

Liked: So close the transportation, water taxi the bus station also the train station. Very convenient location.
Disliked: The breakfast was limited and having biscuits and gravy two days in a row is a bit excessive. The beds could be swapped out very dated felt like I was sleeping on a cardboard floor. And if I do come back to this hotel, I will request that I am not on the street view.

Great location convenient to everything...

Liked: Location and staff was amazing.
Disliked: Breakfast was very disappointing during the weekens because the menu was different than the week days which was much better. And once certain things ran out like yogurt and fruits - they were not replaced. Also the water was weird. Scalding hot water and then normal water. Shower would shut off and then turn back on after a few minutes.

Decent Stay

Liked: - free breakfast- very comfy bed- private and clean- quiet location
Disliked: - breakfast time could be longer. 2 hours is too short- breakfast area was very small and tight. This again could be alleviated with longer hours- located in financial district, so most places were closed on the weekends
