pleasant but I have concerns...

Liked: have stayed there 1 or 2 times a year as I travel to/from Fl. Good location for me time/travel wiserhe floor I was on.
Disliked: there seems to be an odour present as you walk in & on the floor I stayed on . I almost thought it could be a stale cigarette smell but supposedly its a no smoking hotel so I will suggest its a general lack of upkeep-although rhe rooms seemed clean, I didn't think the floors in general( throughout) didn't have a "glean" to them. I read a review where the smell was also identified so apparently the issue has been around for a while

Comfortable, convenient and clean!

Liked: It was convenient to the route we were taking. The room was clean and comfortable. Just what we needed!
Disliked: The only issue was the old cigarette smoke smell on the lobby. It gave the impression that the whole hotel would be like that, but it wasn’t.

Liked: Nothing. The management was uncooperative, rude and almost never available. The guests were loud at 7 am and management did nothing. Our keys expired before our stay was completed and we were inconvenienced by not being able to open our room while loading our car. The carpet in our room was filthy. The room was not made up properly. One bed was changed and one bed was half made. The coffee and tea supplies in the room were not refilled, nor were there cups provided for coffee or in the bathroom. There were insufficient toiletries. 1 of each item for a two night stay for three paying guests. Horrible and I will never go to another LaQuinta

Liked: relative quiet, room towards back of building, several days stay. adequate parking. breakfast server very efficient and on top of everything.
Disliked: too many dogs spread out (barking in hallway), poor lighting in room, no gluten-free at breakfast

Liked: The location was great with it being right off the highway- it was super easy for us to stop for a quick overnight on our roadtrip down south. The staff were also very friendly and the price was very reasonable.
Disliked: Unfortunately the facilities were not as nice- the pillows were small and hard, the sheets and blankets were rough and we saw a few strand hairs in the bathroom. Overall it worked for us as we only needed a place to sleep quick before getting back on the road.

Liked: We had travelled 10 hours to get to this destination and were delighted with the room, its cleanliness, comfort. especially the bed. We brought our dog with us and she was very comfortable too. Thank you LaQuinta for once again meeting and exceeding our expectations.
Disliked: Just one minor dislike, there is a lot of deodorizing? scents in the lobby area, I am very sensitive to this and it caused me to sneeze for a while, the room was fine.
