We stayed 2 nights and...
Liked: The front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating, especially Alan.
Disliked: The breakfast was not kept up very well. It was practically gone when we were there 30 minutes before it ended. We also traveled with our dog. The room we were assigned smelled of mildew but Alan at the front desk was very helpful and found another room for us which was fine.

Very nice relaxing stay
Liked: Relaxing and very clean property.
Disliked: Some of the breakfast foods were not very good.

Liked: Complimentary breakfast was very good. The food selection was good, clean and the staff was always present and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable. Very secure.

Could have been better…could have...
Liked: Breakfast was decent and the coffee was actually drinkable which is rare for a chain hotel. Staff was friendly and responsive.
Disliked: My room was 79 degrees and muggy when I arrived. Turned out the AC was not working properly in my room. The maintenance guy reset the AC unit and it cooled down to 72 degrees. Unfortunately the unit would only work intermittently and I would have to flip it off/on to get it working properly again. Not ideal for sleeping to when I left the room for an extended time. The maintenance guy did mention the two rooms next to mine were being heated to very high temperatures in a ‘housekeeping process’. At the time, the room to the right of mine was at 116 degrees when a maintenance guy checked. This was disconcerting since that high temperatures process is typical for combating bed bugs. But I did not have that problem in my room, thank goodness, and my speculation is only based on my 20 years as a hotel general manager. There were some smaller issues I wish had been caught before my check-in: a burnt out lightbulb for the desk lamp, only 1 of 2 batteries in the TV remote, a long black hair in the linen on my bed and a picture that had evidently been torn from the wall by the previous occupant.

Liked: Everything it’s location the staff the quality of the room, even the breakfast… would love to stay again and get the same room! Excellent experience in every way!
