Liked: it was very clean, well run, if you had questions I got answered quickly, the breakfast was nice. People were friendly. Great place.
Disliked: liked it all

Lovely hotel with mountain feel,...

Liked: We loved this hotel, what a treat! Had a cozy cabin mountainy feel. Room was nice and very comfortable, plus pet friendly! Perfect for our visit to App State. Loved the hot tub and a fantastic included breakfast and coffee!!

Ok but much more tired...

Liked: It was comfortable.
Disliked: Our room had not been made. We were told we would be moved to a hotel across the road since they were sold out and the cleaning staff had left. Since it was only 4:30, I asked if every room was already occupied. Since they were not, why was I not given another room. After the manager got involved, we were given the room next door. The whole thing seemed amateurish. I’ve stayed at other LaQuintas. This one was my least favorite.

Disliked: Rain.

Property is convenient

Liked: Closeness to elevator. Breakfast options
Disliked: Toilet wasn't working properly, tank would not fill after fkush. Notifies staff on first day but was not fixed after day 3.
