Disliked: Our rooms smelled like pee and smoke. The staff and manager were very rude when we told them about it then proceeded to kick us out of the hotel.

Disliked: Upon arrival at checkin the room I received was FILTHY. The manager was notified and agreed we would have another room ready, however the mama has Mashah disappeared and never returned to handle our grievance. We didn’t check in until an hour and 15 minutes AFTER we arrived. The male staff (who said his name was Kiki) attempted to gaslight me and my guest as if it were our fault the room was not ready and even stated “you can check in or you can leave”. They did not offer us any type compensation for the inconvenience, there were no utensils to use, the staff was very unprofessional and rude. We had to call the corporate office to make a complaint of our treatment and I will never stay there ever again!

Liked: I liked absolutely NOTHING about this hotel. The moment I walked into the facility it gave bad energy. Did not feel safe at all to sleep overnight. The stench of the hallways reeked of cigarettes and animals.
Disliked: I liked absolutely NOTHING about this hotel. The moment I walked into the facility it gave bad energy. Did not feel safe at all to sleep overnight. The stench of the hallways reeked of cigarettes and animals. I feel it is used for prostitution. My family and I did not stay, we used the room to change clothes for our outing and once our outing was done we went back and checked out. We got on the road at 12:55am!
