Hotel needs a serious uplift as everything is old, faded and worn out. Staff was professional and courteous.

The hotel is located in a decent part of town; some traffic on the main street at rush hours, but that's to be expected. The staff was friendly and check in/out was quick. Room was clean and quiet. The business center and breakfast area could use a little work but all in all it was a good place to stay for a couple of nights.
Liked: Clean room; friendly staff; renovations seemed to be underway.
Disliked: Small breakfast and business center.

Not our favorite
Liked: The staff was super kind and tried their best to please us, despite what was out of their control
Disliked: Every room we were shown smelt like cigarette smoke. It was so unpleasing. The one we stayed in was clearly sprayed to mask the smell, however, once that settled, it still smelt like smoke. The first room we were given had stained comforters and some form of crumbs on it, as if they were not cleaned properly.

Liked: My reservation completed online and confirmed reservation number done. Check in and pay at hotel when check in. Got there they want the ID of the person who is listed on the reservation and ID acceptable but when it comes down to it how many phone actually have a credit card???? Usually prepaid if any ?debit? so my friend used is card to book the room and all was confirmed but then they are wanting sll kinds of forms of identification for the person that so kindly helped you get a room and he is in another state yet is supposed to be present to book the room with card and id present???? This day and time is not a essential for that when everyone is barely Nanking it. Call and verify, reference.. come one folks this has and will always work, let?s bring that back

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the room itself was furnished nicely.
Disliked: The policies and handling of my card charges and information was ludicrous. Two of the three lamps in my room did not work. My air conditioning barely worked. There was only one towel in my entire room and no conditioner. The free complimentary breakfast, coffee/juice, and water that was included in my room was was unavailable, BUT they did have a half stocked snack room in the lobby you had access to if you PAID. And the only way you could use the fitness room was to pay as well.

Disliked: First room was disgusting, smelled horribly, BED sheets were used, not clean & worst , HAD BLOOD SPLATTER !!! Totally unacceptable!!!
