I feel bad for people who saved up for a trip and stayed there. There was no hot water, the pillows were awful, the hallway smelled, our toilet didn't work. I don't think I will book again.
Liked: Closeness of the hotel to the venue.
Disliked: No hot water whatsoever in the morning; toilet ran all night and didn't flush properly, and overwhelming chemical/cleaning smell in hallway. Pillows were terrible, rocks would have been more comfortable.

Liked: It is was a bad dream for the last 3 nights. The room it was clean. The stuff just okay. The breakfast it was unavailable. Let’s talked about int he nightmare that I had to deal with over 3 nights! People above us wasn’t respectful at all. They are walked and jumped around all over the room. Looks like they are having a big party. I was called the front desk but so far it is wasn’t help at all. I wont recommend this place if you need quick and sleep in at night. I should read the and check all the recommendations before I was booked it.

Terrible experience and terrible customer...
Disliked: Room was dirty & tv was broke. When I asked to have my bedding changed I was told they only had 1 flat sheet, then tried to put me and my family in a smaller room for the same charge. Never heard back from the manager until a month later after multiple attempts to contact them. When they finally responded they sent photos of the flat sheet and a fixed tv in attempt to say I was lying but never showed the other sheets, the stains on the pillows and walls. The broken tv in both rooms, the broken lamp in the living room. The extremely loud fridge that was had to unplug to sleep through the night or the missing buttons on the microwave.

Decent place, worth the money...
Liked: The room we got was a lot bigger than expected, so that was nice. We were there for Disneyland, so we didn't spend much time in the room. The room was decent, felt a bit old but it did the job. Bluey was on TV for the kids. The breakfast was cool, I just wish they opened up for breakfast earlier, so we can get out and start our day sooner.
Disliked: I think the carpets had recently been cleaned, so there was a bit of mugginess, maybe a bit of a smell. I'm writing this review over a month later, so I don't remember exactly, but I would definitely stay there again.
