The staff was perfect and...

Liked: It was very clean, but the staff was very exceptional in taking care of myself and my family. The food was very good.
Disliked: I was a bit surprised that my three night steak came out to be almost $600. It said $114 per night but some of the nights I was charged almost $126. Also, I didn’t anticipate being charged $150 for my dogs.

Great place to stay

Liked: Nice property and lots of great amenities. Nice desk staff and the room was nice
Disliked: There was a big hole in the ceiling in the shower that leaked water from the roof while showering. The housekeeping staff was terrible. Every time we would leave the room with our dogs, they would scream, yes scream, and run like the dogs were going to bite them. It was so over the top and very rude. My dogs didn’t even look their way. It was so overly dramatic and very annoying.

Liked: Staff was very friendly. The room was very comfortable! I definitely stay again.

Liked: The pool was great, the beds were comfortable and the room was clean.
Disliked: It looked like they needed more weekend staff to keep the shared areas clean.

Disliked: Booked for 5 people only had 2 queen beds. And we were in another section closed off by a door. I think we were put into the dog friendly room in which we have severe allergies.
